Chaired by Richard Rodzinski, the international jury is comprised of:

Koichiro Harada (Japan), Yura Lee (Korea/USA),
Malcom Lowe (Canada), Mihaela Martin (Romania), Lucie Robert (Canada), Dmitry
Sitkovetsky (United Kingdom/USA), and Krishna Thiagarajan (Germany/USA).
