Biography 2018: Jongsoo Yang is currently studying for his Konzertexamen at the Hochschule f\u00fcr Musik In Freiburg under Prof. Reginaldo Pinheiro. He received his Bachelor and Master in Music under the tutelage of Peter Maus at the Universit\u00e4t der K\u00fcnste in Berlin. Since 2017, Jongsoo is a member of the Theater Freiburg Opernstudio ensemble singing bass roles on the stage. He sang as a soloist in several important oratorios like Bach’s Matth\u00e4uspassion<\/em> and Weihnachtsoratorium<\/em>, Mozart’s\u00a0c-minor Mass and\u00a0Requiem and\u00a0Haydn’s Die Sch\u00f6pfung<\/em>.<\/p>\nHe got a scholarship from\u00a0Paul Hindemith Gesellschaft\u00a0and Oscar und Vera Ritter-Stiftung.<\/p>\n
