HOME - CONCOURS 2026<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Recognized for her finely nuanced interpretations and stylistic versatility, Belle Ting\u00a0studied violin\u00a0and chamber music\u00a0at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, as well as\u00a0at\u00a0the Hochschule f\u00fcr Musik in Detmold and Mainz.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The Canadian violinist from Vancouver came to public attention after winning the Grand Prix at the International Arthur Grumiaux Competition in Belgium at the age of\u00a013, subsequently garnering top prizes at the\u00a0Cooper\u00a0International Violin Competition, International Brahms Competition, International Isaac Stern Competition, International\u00a0Khachaturian\u00a0Competition, and the CARSA Rising Star Award.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n She has since performed at venues including the Musikverein Wien and the Wiener Konzerthaus, as well as at events including the Festival Ravel, the Cziffra Foundation, and the Verbier Festival. Belle has collaborated with orchestras such as the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra, the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra, and the Moscow State Philharmonic. Upcoming debuts incude an appearance at La Folle Journ\u00e9e de Nantes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Belle\u2019s debut album,\u00a0<\/span>Impressions<\/span><\/i>, focuses on the works of French\u00a0composers such as Debussy and Ravel.\u00a0Her performances have been broadcast on ORF, IDAGIO, Classic FM,\u00a0and medici.tv.\u00a0She is principal second violin at\u00a0the\u00a0Opera Ballet Vlaanderen\u00a0and\u00a0has\u00a0been influenced by\u00a0artists including Ivry\u00a0Gitlis, Rainer Honeck, and Sarah\u00a0Nemtanu.\u00a0\u201cI am deeply inspired by musicians who combine emotional honesty with a deep understanding of the music.
