Terms of sale
- All sales, whether tickets, packages, or gift cards, made online or at the box office, are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be given in the event of changes to the program or due to the progress of competitors in the competition.
- In the event of force majeure or in a situation where a performance must be canceled, exchange or refund options will be offered to purchasers.
- The Concours musical international de Montréal reserves the right to change your selected or assigned seats after purchase if necessary (e.g., change in seating plan, renovation, obstructed view, technical installation, etc.). The seats may be in a different section.
- Administrative fees and applicable taxes have been added to the ticket price.
- In the event of a discrepancy between the price indicated on the ticket and that indicated on the receipt, the latter shall prevail.
- Management reserves the right to refuse access to the event or to expel any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without refunding the ticket price.
- Ticket holders waive any claim that may arise from the recording and broadcasting of their image within the Bourgie Hall or the Maison symphonique, where the Concours musical international de Montréal takes place.
- Latecomers will only be admitted at a time deemed appropriate by the Concours musical international de Montréal.
