Samuel Tan started playing the violin at the age of 3. He has won top prizes in competitions including Outstanding Performer Award at the National Violin Competition in Singapore
at 8, 1st Prize and the Grand Postacchini Prize at the Andrea Postacchini Competition in Italy at 9 among others. He was a semi-finalist in the Menuhin Competition 2016 at 11. Classic FM
has included Samuel in their list of “10 videos of astonishing child prodigies”.
