Natalia
Zagalskaia

Natalia Zagalskaia began her musical studies in Moscow. In 1997 she went to Karlsruhe to study with Professors Hauer and Randalu at the Hochschule für Musik. Her many first prize wins include the Yamaha Foundation Europe Piano Competition in 1999 and the Baden Culture Funds Competition in 2001. In May of 2003 she also received fourth prize at the A.M.A. Calabria International Competition (Italy). She has performed extensively, including on radio and television, in Russia, Germany, the United States, Estonia and Italy. In 2002 she recorded her first CD featuring works of Schubert and Martin.
