Rabotkina

Daria Rabotkina received her first lessons from her parents (both musicians) and from Nora Kazachkova. She has been a prize winner in several competitions, including the Young Performers Competition in the Czech Republic, the Tbilisi International Competition in Georgia, the World Piano Competition in Cincinnati and the Jacksonville International Piano Competition in Florida. She has participated in festivals in Finland, France and the United States. Last April she played Prokofiev’s Third Concerto with the New World Symphony under Michael Tilson Thomas. In September she made her San Francisco Symphony debut, also with Michael Tilson Thomas conducting. She is currently studying with Vladimir Feltsman at Mannes College of Music in New York.
