Je reviendrai à Montréal

While the Concours takes great pride in watching its laureates shine on the international stage, it is equally moved to welcome them back to Montréal, where they can reunite with the audience that supported them at the moment of their victory. These homecomings give the Concours a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the vitality of our cultural community.

With an annual value of $25,000 and created in partnership with the Nawacki Family Foundation, the Je reviendrai à Montréal fund supports the Concours’ winners return to Montréal or elsewhere in Canada. The assistance provided may take the form of artist fees or other financial support to help cover transportation and accommodation expenses.

The Concours is grateful to singer-songwriter Robert Charlebois for allowing us to use the title of his famous song, ​“Je reviendrai à Montréal,” which we hum to ourselves every time a Concours winner returns to us.
